The initial order may be taken to any mail courier of the customer’s choice. We strongly suggest that customers secure a tracking number for the return. Butterfly Twists PH will not be liable for any cost of and the return item itself if it is lost during transit.
Products purchased through our website, www.butterfly-twists.ph must be returned or exchanged directly with head office. Exchange of items cannot be facilitated through any of the Butterfly Twists physical stores and kiosks.
- Original Copy of the Acknowledgement Receipt is required for the exchange of item.
- Item must be in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and barcode intact. Butterfly Twists PH will evaluate the shoes upon receipt and feedback will be given to the customer regarding the exchange.
- Allowable period for return and exchange is within seven (7) days after receipt of items.
- An exchange is only allowed for change in size and color of the same style purchased. Should there be no available stock for exchange, customer may choose another item or style and will pay difference in amount.
- If the item chosen is lower in price, Butterfly Twists PH cannot refund the price difference.
- E-mail email@example.com with the desired size/color for the exchange so the team can check availability and for additional charges due to price difference.
- Butterfly Twists PH cannot guarantee size exchange for sale items due to limited stock on-hand
- Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging and sending back the item will be shouldered by the customer. To facilitate faster transaction, indicate in your prepaid pouch (XL pouch size) the return address and contact number.
- For Wellies, ask your chosen courier for the size of prepaid pouch to fit the box of Wellies.
- Send the item for exchange to:
