How to Order
1. After you've added your selections to your cart, select Check-Out.
2. You will then be asked to select a SHIPPING METHOD. A minimum of P150 shipping fee is charged for standard delivery within Metro Manila. Provincial rate starts at P350.
3. If you have a discount or coupon code please enter it into the discount field and click APPLY to deduct the discount from your total.
4. After selecting shipping method please click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD
5. At the Payment Method screen, please select between our two secure payment options
PAYPAL - For all Visa and Mastercard Credit Card purchases (No PayPal account necessary)
DRAGONPAY - For secure online, mobile and over-the-counter and ATM options:

6. After you've selected PAYPAL or DRAGONPAY you will be redirected to their secure website and will receive further instructions for completing your order.
7. Upon receipt of verification from PayPal or Dragonpay we will proceed to ship your order thru our courier.
- For Metro Manila deliveries please allot 5-7 working days
- For Provincial deliveries please allot 7-10 working days
8. Processing and delivery of all items received and paid on weekends and non-working holidays will be attended on the next business day.
Returns and Exchange:
You can take your package to any mail carrier of your choice. Include a prepaid pouch for your exchange item. Please bear in mind that Butterfly Twists Ph does NOT offer free shipping on returns.
We strongly advise that you secure a tracking number for your return, as Butterfly Twists Ph will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
Products purchased online through butterfly-twists.ph must be returned or exchanged directly with us. Return and exchange of items cannot be allowed in the retail stores and kiosks of Butterfly Twists Philippines.
Please follow the return/exchange instructions below:
- Original copy of the acknowledgement receipt is required for return and exchange of item.
- Item must be in its original good condition, with packaging, pouch bag, tags and barcode intact.
- Allowable period for return and exchange is within seven (7) days after receipt of items. Return and exchange is only allowed for change in size and color of the same style purchased. Should there be no available stock for exchange, customer may choose another item or style and will pay for the difference in amount. If the item chosen is in lower price, Butterfly Twists cannot refund the price difference.
- Email us at email@example.com with your desired style and size for exchange to check availability and for possible additional charges due to price difference. We cannot guarantee size exchange for sale items due to limited stock on-hand.
- Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging or returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer. To facilitate fast transaction, indicate in your prepaid pouch (XL pouch size) your return address and contact number. For wellies, ask your chosen courier for the size of prepaid pouch to fit the box of wellies.
