How to Order

  1. After you've added your selections to your cart, select CHECK OUT. 
  2. You will then be asked to select a SHIPPING METHOD. A minimum of P150 shipping fee is charged for standard delivery within Metro Manila, and P350 for Provincial delivery.
  3. If you have a discount or coupon code please enter it into the discount field and click APPLY to deduct the discount from your total.
  4. After selecting a shipping method please proceed to the PAYMENT section and select one of our available options:
    • PayPal - For all Visa and Mastercard Credit Card purchases (No PayPal account necessary)
    • PayMongo - For Visa/Mastercard Card payments; E-Wallets via GCash, GrabPay, and Maya; Direct Online Banking via BPI and UBP; 
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  5. After you've selected one of our online payment methods, you will be redirected to their secure website and will receive further instructions for completing your order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, you will be asked for the payment once the courier arrives at your shipping address.
  6. Upon receipt of verification from the online payment channels, we will proceed to ship your order thru our courier.
    • For Metro Manila deliveries, please allot 5-7 working days
    • For Provincial deliveries, please allot 7-10 working days 
  7. Processing and delivery of all items received and paid on weekends and non-working holidays will be attended on the next business day.

 

Returns and Exchange: 

Products purchased through butterfly-twists.ph must be returned or exchanged directly with us. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed at retail stores or kiosks.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

  1. The original copy of the acknowledgement receipt is required for return and exchange.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within seven (7) days after receipt of the item.
  4. Exchanges are allowed only for size and color of the same style. If the requested size or color is unavailable:
    • The customer may choose another style and pay for any price difference.
    • If the replacement item is of a lower price, Butterfly Twists PH cannot refund the price difference.
    • Items will be reserved for a maximum of 3 days only.
  5. Email us at sales@butterfly-twists.ph to confirm size/color availability before sending back the item and for possible additional charges due to price differences.
  6. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be shouldered by the customer. Butterfly Twists PH does not offer free shipping on returns.
  7. To ensure safe delivery, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service. Butterfly Twists PH is not liable for lost return packages. Customers must ensure that the return package reaches our warehouse and must obtain proof of receipt from the courier.
  8. Return & Exchange processing may take 5-7 working days after receipt by our warehouse for assessment and approval.
  9. Sale items: Due to limited stock, size exchanges are not guaranteed. If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another item or store credit (no cash refunds).
