Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with a receipt or any proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over P2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and exchange request.
Please note that we do not offer REFUND for ALL our items. NO CASH REFUND at all.
Those who will opt for refund will get the amount in store credit and not as cash.
Because of the limited stocks of sale items, we cannot guarantee availability of items for exchange. We may offer you other styles to consider for the exchange or you may opt to get a refund in the form of store credit which you can use in future transactions.
