Butterfly Twists make a vast range of shoes using different materials and textiles. In order to keep your shoes looking box fresh we'd suggest you use a damp cloth to rub away any dirt and letting them air dry.

We do not recommend machine washing your shoes due to the unique and innovative smart foams we use to provide you with the highest level of comfort.

Once we have received payment confirmation from your payment channel of choice, we will arrange the shipping of your item/s. For the estimated time of delivery, kindly take note of the following lead times:

- For Metro Manila deliveries: 3-5 working days

- For Provincial deliveries: 7-10 working days 

 Note: Please expect delivery delays during holiday shopping season.
